I called Smart Solutions for an electrical emergency that my tenant had one the morning before they were even open. Angel had a crew of 3 out to us in just 15 minutes and resolved our issue quickly. It ended up being minor, and he even waived the fee for the visit. I'll call Angel first for my issues going forward!

We hired Smart Solutions to update the electrical in part of our home. One of the people they sent to do the job slipped and made a large hole in the ceiling of our only working bathroom, made a mistake when cutting a hole and damaged our neighbor's property, walked into our bedroom without warning, and insisted that shelving would need to be destroyed to complete the work (this was incorrect) and when questioned became rude and argumentative. They also scratched up a vanity and our new locks, which were never repaired. It was a nightmare and we would not hire Smart Solutions again.

I have used Smart Solutions LLC for three separate projects at our apartment in Jersey City and have been very happy with their work! Angel is professional, clean, and efficient. His price is great and we will continue hiring him for our future electrical needs. In addition to doing great work on these projects, Angel was also willing to offer advice to me on some of my personal projects I took on. He’s a great guy and I’d recommend hiring him to anyone!

I had Angel and his team repair and replace some very loud doors in my building. They were great to work with. They fixed everything, arrived right on time and communication was really easy. Happy to have a new contractor in the area that I can rely on.

Start of project: - Angel provided clear estimates that were clearly broken down for you to have an accurate idea of total cost - A walkthrough as well as Angel being able to provide pictures of similar projects put us at ease - Angel also outlines the clear expectations for payments up front in the contract so you have documentation every step of the way During project: - We have an OLD house so we inherited some weird design choices. Through the power of Pinterest and Google images that I sent, Smart Solutions was able to execute at a high level the vision we had in mind. - In addition, communication allowed us to not be caught off guard when Angel had to explain some trade offs with our design ideas. - His team showed up every single day, on time; and we had NO concerns about delays throughout the whole project End of project: - Final walkthrough allowed for timely completion of project and his team addressed all concerns - Angel confirmed his 1 year warrantee on the work - Angel and his team left the house cleaner than when they arrived; and were TIMELY with clean up. Debris was picked up at expected time! I’ve worked with many contractors in my professional life and was so happy to strike gold in finding Angel for our personal home project. My advice is to not overthink it - hire one general contractor to make your life easy, namely hire Smart Solutions!
